Voyager

Two spacecraft transformed our view of the giant planets and continued outward into interstellar space.

Voyager 1 flew past Jupiter and Saturn. Voyager 2 added the only spacecraft flybys of Uranus and Neptune. Their instruments measured magnetic fields, charged particles and planetary environments. Both crossed the heliopause, the boundary where the outward solar wind meets interstellar material. This is a historical mission profile, not a live telemetry or operations feed.
